Meet Our New Onsite Resort Management Team – Charmaine and Mark

We are pleased to introduce Charmaine and Mark, who have recently joined the ACJ Property team as the new onsite Resort Managers and Caretakers at Blue Water Bay.

With extensive backgrounds in hospitality and property operations, Charmaine and Mark bring a strong blend of practical skills, professionalism, and community-minded service to this role. Their appointment reflects ACJ Property’s ongoing commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and enhancing the day-to-day experience for both residents and guests at Blue Water Bay.

About Charmaine and Mark

• Over a decade of combined experience in managing resorts, holiday parks, and short-stay accommodation

• Successfully overseen multi-site portfolios, covering caretaking, bookings, guest services, and general operations

• Mark brings additional strength in maintenance and repairs, with hands-on skills that support efficient upkeep and issue resolution across the complex

• Known for their calm, solutions-focused approach and commitment to service excellence

• Experienced in working alongside Body Corporate committees, owners, and contractors

• Passionate about creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for all who stay at or live in the properties they manage

  
  

Charmaine and Mark have now settled in onsite and will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the complex. From general maintenance and groundskeeping to guest communication and building upkeep, they will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of Blue Water Bay.
